Born in Augusta and raised in North Augusta, Brad has deep roots in the community he’s proud to call home. After living in Aiken, Charleston, and Cheyenne, Wyoming, and spending time traveling throughout Western Europe, he returned to North Augusta in 2011, drawn back by family, familiarity, and a strong sense of place.

He earned his degree in Business Administration Management from the University of South Carolina Aiken in 2004. His path into real estate began working alongside a local investor, where he gained hands-on experience understanding properties, evaluating opportunities, and thinking through long-term value. After earning his license, he joined Betsey’s team, where he has continued to build a career rooted in steady guidance and thoughtful service.

Today, Brad works with homeowners, growing families, and investors, helping people navigate decisions that often impact both their finances and their daily lives. He enjoys exploring local neighborhoods, solving problems, and walking clients through their options so they feel confident, informed, and supported — never rushed.

Outside of work, most of his time is spent with his elementary-aged children. When he does get a little personal time, he enjoys running, exploring local real estate, and talking shop with anyone curious about the market.
